The all inclusive we thought was great especially since the food was expensive.  All the restaurants at the resort had great tasting food too.  The room was large but the bathroom could be bigger as Christina and I had to get ready at different times cause we couldn't fit in there.  They did a great job cleaning the room each day and otherwise we were pretty comfortable......
We were somewhat disappointed in the Marriott.  The pool areas need some upgrading.  They are a little old and beat up and the close pool bar was very dirty with bugs and spiderwebs everywhere. The hot tubs were cold too.  The service was extremely slow and more than often we felt like when we were asking for help we were really bugging them.  They didn't explain the terms of the all inclusive with tipping, places to eat that were covered, etc... well at all.  We had to figure it out on our own. 
 The adventure center where you would sign up for excursions really wasn't helpful and didn't inform us of some vital things.  Example:  We went to coral world to see the sea lions etc..  Right next to Coral World there is Coki Beach which is one the best beaches down there we found out.  We didn't bring the proper attire to hang out there for the day and were disappointed that the adventure center didn't tell us about it when we booked the excursion to Coral World.
